Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish a toolbox containing a set of key tools and templates to conduct LEAN initiatives.
- Establish and implement instructions for employees on problem-solving methodologies, process mapping and waste identification.
- Provide support to process owners to improve process efficiency and compliance.
- Create and Maintain dashboards to monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain metrics to assess process performance.
- Measure and monitor expected and actual benefits of the initiatives with the LEAN managers.
Requirements
- Student preparing a master’s degree or equivalent in Science, Management of Technology, Quality Management, or any other relevant discipline.
- Strong attention to details and compliance mindset.
- Ability to collect, analyze and report complex information.
- Very Good Communication skills in English, verbal and written.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Curious mind.
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge on LEAN Management an asset
