DevSecOps Manager (Finance)

The DevSecOps / Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the E2E design, build,testing, deploying and running the platform. The main objective for theDevSecOps manager is to deliver projects/services within the committed scope,

actionable solutions adhering to defined principles & guidelines. TheDevSecOps manager works closely with the Domain lead, managers Architects,team to deliver the solution/ service as per the business requirement. Inresponsibilities for the role.Your role:

Have in-depth capability in Finance domain like global taxation,(direct & indirect), management reporting, data insight & analytics andsmall to large-scale projects across finance.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage or handle part of the E2E design, build, test, deploy and run theplatforms in line with planned budget, resources and timelines, workingeffectively with partners and Philips staff.
• Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Platform including costmanagement, Security and Compliance checks.
• Participate or lead in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcingand Utilization Management.
• Interface with the other platform teams wherever required and ensuredelivery of business demands
• Enable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques,methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevOps and save costs and efforts toboth IT and business
• Works on medium-sized programs/projects/support of mediumcomplexity Platform or manages multiple small platforms
• Executes on continuous improvement projects/initiatives to achieveoperational excellence.
• Determines risks, defines corrective actions and tracks the progress.
• Continuously report out on the program and service deliveryperformance.
• Ability to deliver projects and services using Agile and DevOps.
• Conduct Release planning sessions/workshops for finalizing ProgramIncrement (PI).

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degreeor master's degree from a reputed college or University
• Total 15 years plus of IT Delivery experiencein Finance domain with customer facing exposure.
• Knowledge of diverse scope of IT applications and supportingFinance reporting - SAP BPC, BPS, BI/BW would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of the newest IT technology related to reporting, AI & GenAI would be an added advantag
• Good stakeholder management skills. Understand how to collaborateand communicate with (US based) stakeholders. Can do consultative selling
• Experienced in data modelling
• Good understanding of database management
• 7 years of experience in delivering transformation programs.
• Understand business trends and the direction technology must take tosupport the business
• Ability to identify the strategic IT implications and opportunitiesresulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives, strategicvision business models
• Analytical mindset and structured person
• Expertise in Lean Agile and DevOps practices
• Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able topropose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and recommendinnovations to platform providers.
