Will support data management efforts by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data across the organization. This role involves conducting data audits, performing data cleansing activities, and assisting with quality assurance processes.
Data Management & Processing:
Data Management & process customer data by verifying and cross-checking information for accuracy and consistency.
To identify data inconsistencies, missing information, and discrepancies.
Data Cleansing & Validation:
Engage in data cleansing efforts by standardizing and formatting data according to organizational standards.
Validate data inputs from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the other teams & departments to identify and understand data needs and work towards task completion.
Participate in training sessions to build knowledge in data quality and best practices.
Suggest process improvements for data entry, validation, and quality control to enhance data quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data quality, data management, or a similar role.
Experience in working on data applications like MDM (Informatica), SAP and Salesforce.
Understanding of Zuora Billing Application.
Strong attention to data details and analytical mindset.
Problem-Solving abilities - to identify data quality issues and work towards their resolution.
Good to Have:
Basic knowledge of Excel, Power Point and other MS Office tools is a plus.
A keen eye for details & strong analytical skills.
