The Role

The role will support maturation of program capabilities, regulatory inquires, internalManaging risk-mitigating activities within the programs
Leading and/or supporting high-priority efforts, including issue remediation,strategic initiatives and process enhancements
Coordinating and leading regulatory inquires, audits, exams and providingresponse guidance to Front Line Units (FLU), Control Functions (CF) andEntity partners
Engaging with business partners and senior leaders in both US andinternational locations to represent programs and corresponding requirements
Understanding regulatory and internal issues management protocols andprocesses
Identifying emerging issues and proactively managing functional and internaltimelines, as well as risks, issues and dependencies
Maintaining effective reporting and communication routines to achieveunderstanding of oversight activities
Executing policy and standard adherence activities and oversight routines,including assessment of laws, rules, and regulations

The Enterprise Services Framework and Taxonomy and Inter- affiliate programs drivecompliance and ensuring requirements are in place to support the global delivery of services and
operate an effective control environment.

Ability to be flexible in support of the maturing organization with an enterprise scopeand mandate.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands, including the ability toprioritize work and meet deadlines.
Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and partners, and effectivelychallenge when necessary.

Effectively communicate to inform, influence, and resolve key issues in a timely mannerwith all levels of the organizationWork experience in exam and/or regulatory management
Understanding of outsourcing (third party/inter-affiliate) requirements, includingcontracts, services, and change management
