Job Description

The HPV Brand and Customer Manager is a member of the Vaccines Marketing team, reporting directly to the HPV Associate Director, who will:

  • Develop brand strategy, based on ecosystem understanding, customer segmentation and priorities
  • Represent country customer and brand needs on internal local and global crossfunctional teams
  • Through a focus on customers and on implementation, maximize sales for the Brand in the country

Job Description highlight:

Franchise Brand Strategy Development:

  • Together with the HPV Associate Director, responsibility and accountability over the development of the marketing strategy and plan for all the key stakeholders involved in the Vaccines ecosystem.
  • Focus on maximizing the HPV Opportunity Spaces according to L3 Next: HCC activation, HCP recommendation and Simplify the buying process, managing and delivering the Integrated Customers Business Plan with a robust digital marketing mindset.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members including Market Access, Medical Affairs and Commercial, as well as, Competitive Intelligence, Outcomes Research and Regulatory to successfully navigate the internal and external environments and deliver value to our customers.
  • Foster collaboration with the Global Marketing Team with regular catch ups to share local needs and achievements and get Global Team support.
  • Forecasting/Planning of sales forecast and investments

HCC Activation

  • Full ownership of maximizing HCC activation, through the development, execution and tracking of the different campaigns & programs, considering an omnichannel approach, improving customer engagement and experience.
  • Think bold with curiosity to reach consumers in innovative ways and meaningful messages for activation
  • Innovate with new partnerships, channels and contents meaningful for the consumers
  • Manage campaigns in an integrated way to maximize impact in the ecosystem (public and private)

HCP Education

  • Develop Omnichannel Scientific Leaders plans and interact with SLs
  • Attend Scientific Congresses with SLs
  • Support sales force to upgrade HCP customized omnichannel approach and maximize business opportunities (e.g. HCP recommendation of vaccination, routine screening programs implementation, etc)

Customer engagement and Implementation:

  • Responsible for managing the relationship with key private accounts, Scientific Societies and Public Health, by ensuring excellence in the internal execution of existing programs and/or the implementation of new initiatives with those partners.
  • Implement Marketing Strategy and omnichannel Branded and unbranded programs
  • Data and analytics design and tracking

Required:

  • BA/BS.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry. Examples of backgrounds could include marketing, sales, medical affairs, access, finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of foundational marketing strategy
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative thinking & habit of continuous studying
  • Fluent English

Desirable

  • Post-graduate degree (MBA or similar highly valuable)
  • Vaccines business experience
  • Experience in or working with sales organizations
  • Business consulting
