About the role
The candidate shall be having Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Electrical / Electronics with minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Sales of FDP products with competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce), PowerPoint presentations.
Roles and responsibility:
• In this role, the candidate is expected to grow business of Building and retail segment (B&R) from the assigned territory of Pune sales office.
• Channel partner network development for Building & Retail segment would be pivotal in this role. Identifying and appointing right channel partners to grow the business rapidly is important. Candidate should identify untapped area and should be able to appoint right channels for the same.
• Candidate must have sound understanding of Final Distribution Products (FDP) like MCB, RCCB, RCBO, DB, Switches/Sockets, LV bus ducts and AFDD. Selection of suitable products as per customer application would be key to succeed in this role.
• Candidate must focus on builder community (Both residential and commercial buildings), should understand the complete eco-system of Builders, contractors, consultants and panel builders to push final distribution products, LT panels as well as LV Bus duct solutions.
• Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to meet the expectations as well as bridge the gap. Business targets – OI growth, Share of Wallet, Revenue, Sales Margin, Customer development, overall business development
• Plan and visit customers in the assigned area, build and foster strong relationships to meet the sales target and support customers’ requirements. The candidate should be able plan, develop and achieve business targets in B&R segment.
• Able to sell concepts and get customer confidence based on value selling.
• Coordinate with BD, Logistics, service team as and when required.
• Design strategies aimed at growing regional revenue by satisfying customer needs and Trainings.
• Support strategic key customers' business development.
• Sales systematic & reporting in CRM tool.
• Should possess high initiative to push channels to derive higher growth in new products like AFDD, LV bus ducts, Agri starters, switches and sockets and help organization in Digitalization and Sustainability initiatives.
• Observe competitor strategies and activities within the assigned region.
