This position will be focused on Contact Center technologies in the PNC Care Center MIS team. Required skills include:
- Background in Contact Center Technologies such as IVR, Call Routing, Agent Desktop, Workforce management, and/or Call recording
- Prior experience with Genesys Cloud’s CCaaS solution.
- Ability to define accurate timelines
- Prior experience as some type of lead or manager within a Technology organization- Experience with DevOps, SDLC, ITIL
- Ability to manage multiple development projects, crews, and people at the same time.
- Capacity to allocate resource assignments to different priorities
- Should have skills to make recommendations on technical requirements/designs/etc
