- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess risks.

- Experience with monitoring dashboards like Grafana or Tableau.
- Familiarity with case management tools such as Salesforce or Jira.
- Basic understanding of Header Bidding, RTB, and online advertising technologies.

As a Bid Ops Monitoring Specialist, you will:
- Monitor for Header Bidding issues, alerts, and incidents 24/7.
- Manage and resolve cases through tools like Salesforce and Jira.
- Track system performance using Grafana, Tableau, and other monitoring tools.
- Triage, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Direct Client Communications for timely updates.
- Proactively report trends and risks to ensure timely action is taken.
