Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 5+ years experience in partner sales management, sales & business development in the technology industry OR equivalent experience.
Partner Sales– As a Partner Development Manager, you deliver Partner Sales performance to ensure delivery of Partner Targets.
Based on the partner strategy & targets, you accelerate sales performance and help drive pipeline creation/progression as well as deal closure. You develop a co-sell & GTM plan with your partners and follow-up on the execution of the plan and the acceleration of the pipeline, according to the MCEM process. You facilitate partner connection to our segment & solution sellers. You drive partner deal sharing, both inbound and outbound, with the intent to increase program usage, enable the right staffing & push for quality of delivery to accelerate sales cycles & increase win rates.
Partner Execution- As a Partner Development Manager, you drive Partner utilization of programs and investments delivering ROI & expected outcomes.
