Specific Requirements / Knowledge- Instrumentation used in the manufacturing industry…ATE, PLC, Sensors, Tripping systems
- VEE software & LAB View Software logic design.
- DIO / LAN / GPIB / RF communication Logic & Design.
- Electronics / Electrical experience in Manufacturing
- Manufacturing based testing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Design and development of automated test equipment’s

• Manufacture and install test equipment’s for production.

• Develop software for test equipment’s.

• Responsible for ensuring the Equipment availability :

• OEE Management & Controls.

• Maintaining equipment uptimes

• Attend& review daily breakdowns and take appropriate actions.

• Develop Periodical maintenance procedures..

• Identifying the equipment abnormality & correcting the same.

• Maintaining basic minimum spares for equipment.

• To ensure timely planning & closure of Preventive Maintenance.

• Calibration of all instruments used in the equipment’s.

• Develop permanent measures to overcome the failures.

• Drive equipment improvements to increase productivity and enhance capacity.

• Monthly review and updating of Equipment dashboard.

• Publish weekly breakdown trending and identify key improvement actions through data analysis.

• Train & Evaluate production members to carry out jobs, troubleshooting & deliver output.

• Act as the single point of contact between Engineering, AME, Process Engineering, Production Engineers and Testers.

• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the GEHC.

• Develop testing procedures and troubleshooting Aids..

• Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified to Degree level in Mechanical/ Electronics/Electrical engineering.
