Key job responsibilities
1. Ability to dive deep and work with tech/business leaders to understand the software requirements and devise test strategy and build comprehensive customer backwards test-cases
2. Build automated test-cases for UI and back-end applications across a variety of architectures and platforms
3. Test systems at the user level, both manually and with automated tools
4. Grey box testers rather than black-box testers, able to understand software internals, debug problems using logs, and build tools/scripts to measure test-case coverage
5. Focus on improving release velocity through Full CD pipelines7. Help drive the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies, always seeking to avoid defects or find them at the earliest stage possible.A day in the life
You will work with Product, TPM and Development team to understand the requirements, tech design and implementation and execute (automated) test-cases across stages to catch bugs early in the cycle and deploy quality products for our customers.Hyderabad, TS, IND

- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience scripting or coding
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
- Proven experience defining and pioneering an effective quality assurance process and driving QA initiatives.
