Junior Quotation Specialist (North America - 10:00-19:00)
A bridge between sales and other operational functions.
What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in the end to end sales cycle, by generating the pricing offers ahead of time, reviewing and updating the equipment details in the internal database and building positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for our sales teams. You will develop strong collaboration skills, technical knowledge and experience working in a Global, diverse environment. Looking towards future development, handling global offers, participating in multiple projects such as global training delivery and new tools deployment, can become part of the role.
You will:
• Manage renewal quotes creation and quote updates using multiple internal tools and Excel.
• Ensure the quote quality through attention to detail & focus and ensure customers benefit of the latest active promotion available
• Experience occasional Interaction with sales teams and constant collaboration with other back-office teams;
• Assists sales information flow to create a positive internal customer experience and engage in sales operations quoting related process improvements and implementation
Essential Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or similar NGO/ College Project experience
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Attention to details, passion for customer engagement and problem-solving
• Capacity to be self-motivated and work independently as well as in a team
Desirable Requirements
• Experience working with data and presentation skills are a plus
• Working with database and application (ex. Oracle, RQF, Salesforce, SAP)
