Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and background checks.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are collected.
Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee communications and inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the People team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement and HR policy updates.
- Help maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with HR-related purchase requisitions in the Oracle system.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
