• Technical Expertise
• Partner Engagement : Collaborate with Cisco partners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and develop tailored solutions that enhance their technical capabilities.
• Solution Development : Design and review cutting-edge solutions that align with Cisco's strategic objectives and meet partner requirements.
• Training and Enablement : Conduct technical training sessions and workshops to empower partners with the knowledge needed to effectively leverage Cisco technologies.
• Market Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Cisco partners remain competitive and informed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and strategies.
• Facilitate, when needed, between partner with BU, TME teams to provide product feedback and roadmap updates.
• Support the partners and Sales teams with customers support when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical solutions/solutions engineer role, preferably within the IT industry.
• KSA experience
• Strong knowledge of Cisco products, solutions, and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships with partners.

• Hold a valid CCNP certification or above.
• Passion for innovation and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be already based in KSA
