Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of data quality champions who are responsible for surveilling and monitoring the growing EE data quality measurement architecture.
- Triage and assess all DQ issues raised in timely and pro-active fashion.
- Perform in depth root cause analysis for repetitive, challenging & significant issues.
- Design & implement data quality solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency from end to end.
- Develop data mappings, workflows, and transformation procedures.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify troublesome data quality issues.
- Collaborate with core technology team, production support and other groups to ensure robust DQ controls are in place and best practices are followed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Oversee the DQ implementation ensuring the development is as per the specified design.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Provide training and support to users on data integration tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Create and maintain documentation for data integration processes and workflows.
Experience:
- Significant experience in data management, data governance, data quality monitoring and surveillance.
- Proficiency with typical BI tooling including Qlik view, Tableau, Business Objects, MicroStrategy etc.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
- Some experience in a team lead or managerial role.
- Operations or technology experience in a finance industry setting highly relevant.

Education:
- Bachelors in computer science or IT, Master’s degree preferred.
