The Collections Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining good client relationships while making sure payments are received in time. Serving as a liaison between the clients and the company you will take charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity and address client queries.

Job Metrics

• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, aiming to minimize overdue payments and improve cash flow in line with company policies.
• Keep track of aging accounts, implement collection strategies for overdue accounts, and report on progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service dealing with internal staff and clients.
• Contribute to set monthly and quarterly cash collections goals.
