- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical sales leadership, Go-to-Market in a cloud computing environment, or a partner-facing role, including working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team.
- Experience in c-level and executive relations, growing partnerships with System Integrators, GSIs, and ISVs.
- Experience in people management within an enterprise company.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams in a channel's sales environment.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud technology space (e.g., Containers, Kubernetes, VMs, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills, with effective attention-to-detail.
