The IT Project Manager is accountable and responsible for driving strategic projects within the User Experience organization. These projects are typically highly complex and require coordination across multiple departments within the User Experience organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages projects or sub projects independently ensuring timely delivery and good quality within the cost base line. Project size: typically, 1 to 2M€
• Plans and manages execution of the project or sub project according to agreed project targets. Leads project or sub project team.
• Accountable for delivering the project scope and managing any deviations to the scope appropriately.
• Manages time, quality, progress, cost, risks, and internal resources.
• Ensures that project or sub-project is managed and that all project milestones are met by using IT/Digital Office processes and tools.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation.
• Performs risk mitigation and proposes corrective actions if not aligned with plans.
• Manages change requests if needed.

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of one or more IT Infrastructure domains - Networks, End User Computing, Global Support, Enterprise Computing
• Preferably Engineering/Business Administration Degree with 12+ years IT experience
• 5+ Years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills
• Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment.
• Experience working with third party integrators.
• PMP Certification
• Financial acumen

Nice to Have:

• ITIL V3 foundation certification
• Knowledge of IT tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud computing/edge clouds
