Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives for digital advertising campaigns.
- Design and develop custom advertising solutions using our proprietary AdTech platform and third-party integrations.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our advertising technology to clients and prospects.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing technical guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and data analytics.
- Periodic travel
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working in software development/sales engineering/tech support/professional services or similar
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, and ad tracking mechanisms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the AdTech industry or digital marketing is a plus
