Technical Excellence:

• Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement
• Support on marketing pitches
• Data analysis, financial analysis and modelling
• Market research (primary and secondary)
• Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them.
• Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations
• Have experience in Valuations
• Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)
• Analytical skills should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Execute the work on multiple client base.
• Develop rapport with middle layers of Client Management.
  

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant with good academic background and 5+ years of relevant post qualification work experience.
  

Experience:

• Worked with Big4 firms or with reupted investment banks with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, and strategy verticals will be preferred
• Industry experience primarily in data analysis, MIS and Project financing and handling.
