Responsibilities

• Be responsible for providing daily service/application support to key customers, including tool troubleshooting and maintenance, recipe setup, recipe optimization, application development discussions, BKM sharing, presentations... etc.
• Escalate issues in an internal standard process and follow up to drive results.
• Be able to work independently on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Good problem description ability is necessary.
• Frequent communication with different teams, such as division, product manager, sales, management, and customers to ensure high quality of projects and issue follow-up.
• Generate BKMs and share in teams and to customers.
• Cross area support within TW occasionally is required.
• Help growing service business through quality daily service support

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree

• Mechanical Engineering background is preferred, semiconductor process knowledge or computer vision knowledge is a plus.

• Demonstrate independent problem solving skills, and strong project management skills.

• Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment.

• Good presentation and report writing skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in English through email, conference calls and face-to-face meetings.

• Be self-driven, yet a strong team player.
