You will report directly to Sr Director of Digital Services OfferingManagement and you’ll work out of our HCE headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on ahybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop compelling digital services offerings and drive adoption across SBGs/GBE, focusing on the Industrial Automation Strategic Business Group
- Collaborate with HCE and IA offering teams and cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales) to translate customer needs into competitive digital services offerings driven by compelling roadmaps
- Collaborate with GBE offering teams and cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales) to translate customer needs into competitive digital services offerings driven by compelling roadmaps
- Oversee the design, development and monetization of AI-powered solutions tailored for aftermarket services in industrial world
- Monitor and measure the performance of digital service offerings, ensuring they deliver expected growth and strong return on investment (ROI)
- Ensure commercialization of digital services by developing enterprise selling capabilities and demand shaping for driving organic growth of digital services within the install base
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 7+ years of product management experience, leading high growth product portfolios of over 250M in revenue
- In-depth understanding of the industrial landscape and its current pain points, proven track record of learning new domains and succeeding
- Proven track record of success in monetizing data and applying AI to solve complex industrial challenges that result in resilient and high growth revenue streams
- Proficiency in data science methodologies and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Business acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through AI
- Proven success in leading through influence in highly matrixed environments

- Skills in product road-mapping and prioritization for complex industrial solutions
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
