What you'll do

The following tasks & opportunities await you in this role:

• Support in Business Development activities like pipeline meetings, pipeline creation, win/loss analysis, etc.
• Support in Demand Generation activities (Cold calling, Outreach etc.)
• Support in Team meetings and enablement
• Administrative support for ongoing projects within the Business Development team and the COO office
• Drive projects or regularly recurring tasks independently

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Economics, Procurement and Supply Chain, Business Informatics or comparable fields of study
• Computer skills: MS Office Professional (especially pptx and xlsx), Sharepoint/MS Teams
• Language skills: Excellent German and fluent English skills (both spoken and written)
• Soft skills: Open-minded personality and a thorough, results-oriented approach to problem solving, team-orientation, creativity and flexibility, ability to work independently, fast learner with an eye for detail
• Others:
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, experience with platforms like LinkedIn or Outreach would be a plus
  • Procurement knowledge or familiarity with procurement processes is an advantage
  • Prior work experience in related field is an advantage
