Your key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives for clients.
• Develop and manage a client book, fostering strong relationships with clients in the Financial Service industry
• Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand EY's presence
• Design and implement operational models that align with regulatory requirements and enhance client operations.
• Analyze regulatory frameworks and create compliant solutions for profitable business growth.

Skills and attributes for success

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, Compliance, Risk Management, or operations within a Bank, Management Company/AIFM or Asset Servicing Firm.
• A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Knowledge of key regulatory topics (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, MIFID) and experience
• Understanding of operational processes for the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English. Additional European language is a plus
