In This Role You Will:

  • Analyze our core Services KPIs and develop insights to support the success of our internal stakeholders along with our customers

  • Drive operational success by mastering resource management methodology

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and business stakeholders to support and continuously improve the processes within our CRM & Resource planning tools

  • Partner with leadership to drive out implement new processes to ensure efficiencies and visibility into staffing capacity and driving exemplary time to value with our customers

  • Establish the rhythm of the business and lead recurring meetings with business leaders

  • Build monthly capacity models and understand the revenue impact, bookings and headcount needed. Work with key stakeholders in building, improving, and updating these models to support decision making.

  • Contribute to revenue-related activities, including backlog analysis, project hygiene/closure reviews, and revenue reconciliations.

In Return You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree + 2-4 years of experience in a project management or operational role

  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage high volume of activity effectively in a matrix resource environment

  • Ability to analyze situations from many different angles and come up with great solutions – Never settling for “the path of least resistance”

  • You consider Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint old friends, not enemies

  • Experience with CRM or ERP Systems (NetSuite, SalesForce, or FinancialForce a plus but not required)

  • Fundamental understanding of project management methodology

  • Strong communication skills and team-driven focus is essential, as this team member will be expected to act independently as well as collaboratively with customers, peers, partners, and managers to ensure customer satisfaction and team goal achievement

Nice to have but not required

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and / or ongoing affiliation with the Project Management Institute (PMI)

  • Experience working in a consulting/services organization within a technology or management consulting company

  • Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.​
