Your responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify opportunities for AI integration that can streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain AI tools that support the sales team's efforts to meet and exceed company goals.

• Utilize advanced computer analytical tools to conduct in-depth analysis and generate comprehensive reports to inform sales strategies.

• Support the JE Online Shop Operations in Asia: order processing, shipment coordination, inventory management and customer service.

• Provide all-around support to the Asia sales team, including general office, operations, and administrative assistance.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools.

• Experience with programming languages like Python. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles,eg, experience in order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory management is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Asian languages is a plus.
