Your role:
Oversee the scheduling and performance management of Clinical Wireless employees, monitor daily floor performance, and provide technical assistance to customers and employees.
Identify operational improvements and assist with interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding employees.
Develop, mentor, and coach team members and support the implementation and enforcement of policies, processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other leaders to ensure team effectiveness.
You will work within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring that the staff delivers a high level of quality in a team-oriented environment.
You will work 9:00pm-7:30am ET (4–10-hour days) including a weekend and holiday rotation.

You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.
You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician, 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician or 4+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a strong technical aptitude and computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously and have an ability to adapt to change.
