At IBM, Technical Solution Architects work to understand needs and then create complex high-quality solutions that make meaningful impact. You’ll be responsible for overall leadership and delivery of the solutions from requirement gathering through implementation. You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technologies along with industry and business skills to influence outcomes.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Architect level certification in at least one hyperscaler (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong knowledge and experience of hybrid cloud design & solutioning in IBM Cloud or another hyperscaler.
• Solid CLoud architectural design background.
• Demonstrated professional experience in software development, with a proven track record in developing quality software solutions (ideally Terraform, Ansible, Python experience).
• Strong experience in working with Cloud infrastructure (VPC, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Istio, Akamai)
• Experience in automating DevOps pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Travis, Tekton, …)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: VMWare, Red Hat OpenShift, Power Virtual Server,Cloud Networking, Cloud Security & Compliance, Non functional requirements such as Backup, DR, etc
• Experience in having written and deployed code that runs in a production service in the Cloud and have demonstrated knowledge in reliability (DevOps) and security (DevSecOps).
