Leadership and Strategic Planning:
- Develops and executes strategy for Brazil and ensures alignment with the overall priorities of the International GM.
- Develop and own long term strategy to maximise the potential of the BRA market including building plans to shape the industry in which we operate, especially in light of our NPI pipeline
- Provide strong leadership to teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Set performance goals and metrics for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Identify and assess strategic opportunities for the PDx BRA business through ongoing research of industry trends and risk assessment, as well as partner with product and manufacturing leadership to develop a long-term vision and strategic roadmap
- In conjunction with marketing, determine the market potential for product/product range or segment and prioritize the opportunities
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations and standards.
- Identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Responsible for forecasting (S&OP, demand and financial planning) with Demand Planner and Finance Manager
- Lead the Monthly operating reviews and KPI review (for their team and at International level)
- Ensures alignment between relevant global and regional functions to enable smooth operations (incl. Product launch)
- Stakeholder management throughout the wing to wing supply to customer process
Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
Business Development and Growth:
- Identify strategic partnerships, collaborations or other opportunities which could unlock further potential in the UK market
- Involvement in critical pricing negotiations and deal management
- Know, interact and develop the strategy with Key Opinion Leaders and decision makers in product relevant scientific areas; manage professional relations with key Customers to ensure understanding of needs and that GE HealthCare product value proposition is differentiated in the minds of these key Customer groups. Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders
- Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition, establish extended market intelligence in relation to Customer pipeline to develop business opportunities. Provide ongoing feedback to management, region and marketing
- Continuously update understanding of the Customers’ issues, challenges and needs and understanding of current and future trends in Contrast Media and Molecular Imaging

- Proven experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
