Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of total work experience, with 10 years of that experience in a procurement functional or similar role involving experience with suppliers or procurement processes.
5 years of experience in people leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree.
Demonstrated ability to use fact-based analyses that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation.
Ability to work effectively on a team and with a diverse set of stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, coupled with ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated influence and change management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects.
Leadership skills, including team building and project/program management skills.
