Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the display ecosystem of Ad networks, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), first and third party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, Ad operations, and Google display Ad buying delivery and measurement platforms.
Knowledge of Google Ads and Google marketing platform solutions in display and video.
Familiarity with programmatic Advertisement (Ad) buying tools/technology.
Ability to think and analyze the needs of clients and to see granular and big picture issues.
Ability to demonstrate the measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results in a fast-paced environment.
