What you’ll be able to do:

• Lead the technical training programs for assembly, machining and E motor areas for all site.

• Implement and apply standard software and hardware controls architectures across all CADI infrastructure, following the PTO controls specification.

• Ensure the identification and capture of lessons learned along with their application to new programs, as well as the impact to existing strategies and standards.

• Lead simultaneous engineering meetings with maintenance council to orchestrate training needs with all interested parties.

•
Participate in management program reviews and represent the technical training organization in commodity discussions.

• Drive the training center organization (CADI) to resolve issues, including feasibility, timing, cost and workload.

• Handle current scope program responsibilities.

• Work off shift, as the need arises.
