Essential Responsibilities:
- Independently plan and execute operational processes.
- Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
- Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
- Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
- Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
- Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational improvements
- Support and identify opportunities to improve operating cadences including portfolio reviews, staff meetings, and domain operations reviews
- Manage special projects, conduct independent research, and recommend innovative solutions with support from the Senior Manager of Business Operations and Transformation
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across Technology, Finance, Sales, Product, and other orgs to drive aligned business outcomes
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting on org and portfolio performance, process optimizations, and other proposals or recommendations to senior leadership
- Support workforce planning efforts, including headcount forecasting and analytics across FTE and contingent workforce
- Support planning and materials preparation for key vendor reviews (QBRs) in collaboration with vendor management and technology and business stakeholders
- Support strategic planning, annual planning, and OKR execution processes across ESET domains
- Maintain internal communications platforms and knowledge management (e.g., SharePoint)
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, survey follow-ups and action items, and culture-building activities

- Experience working in or with a large technology companies (fintech, payments, or other)
- Familiarity with org design and workforce planning, vendor management, and budget management
- Experience working with OKRs (or other goals frameworks)
- Prior experience supporting enterprise systems or internal technology organizations
- Bachelor’s degreerequired(Business, Finance,Operations Management, or related field).Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus
