USPS of the Role
- How to develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulate how our offerings address their needs.
- How to create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
- A value-based software selling process, from initial discovery to the technical win.
- Technical aspects of Elastic products and solutions.
- How to demonstrate the value of our offerings in meetings and events such as meetups and conferences.
- Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual customer needs.
- How to be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and enhancements to our engineering and leadership teams.
What You Bring
- Active U.S. Federal security clearance.
- Coachable and with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to participate in a 4-month minimum internship.
- Eligible to participate in a Skillbridge Internship.
- Ability to work within a matrix environment.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
