Here, you will make an impact by:

• Planning and organizing the supply chain and logistic (kitting) process to ensure timely assembly of kits or converted items
• Scheduling converting operations to meet production targets and deadlines align with supplier capacity and capabilities
• Coordinating with various departments such as marketing, sales, supply chain, procurement, production, and logistics
• Ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the kitting and converting processes.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Suggesting ongoing enhancement ideas for the Supply Chain with the potential for execution.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Experience within Make To Deliver (MTD) related areas such as Supply Chain
• Fluent in German and very good English language skills
• SAP and Excel working experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization with ability to build strong working relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
• Good time management and planning skills
• Strong problem-solving ability

• Ability to work with minimum direct supervision
