The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring from start to finish - the delivery of complex projects on time and according
supportable implementation. The position requires an individual with exceptional negotiation, written and verbal
communication skills who follows a structured approach for implementing IT security solutions.Responsibilities
• Builds strategic relationships to understand the needs and requirements of the customer's project.
• Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders Develops, negotiates and builds a Scope of Work,
WBS and project schedules to match the needs of the project.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities - ensures resource availability and allocation in
alignment with project plans.
• Works closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, support to
coordinate activities.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project
performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage escalations with all levels internally and externally to achieve success.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Effectively applies Fortinet's methodology and enforces project standards
• Minimizes Fortinet's exposure and risk on projects
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for
project
• Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
• Assures project legal documents are completed and signed
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Solid technical background, with understanding of security and internetworking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Outstanding negotiation, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with global enterprise, MSSP, carrier and governmental customers.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Flexible during times of change.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other
departments.

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE II certification
