In your day-to-day role, you will….
Support French merchants through all integration stages — from testing to production — ensuring PayPal products work flawlessly across web and mobile.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as API misconfigurations, SDK bugs, conversion tracking problems, and payment flow errors.
Partner with the Sales team during the pre-sales phase to assess merchant needs, propose the right PayPal solutions, and help close opportunities with clear technical guidance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Global Support teams to represent merchant feedback and accelerate issue resolution.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to merchants, helping them adopt best practices, optimize conversion, and maximize PayPal’s value in their platforms.
What do you need to bring:
Strong experience with web and mobile technologies, particularly APIs, REST, and SDKs (knowledge of cURL, Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar required).
Hands-on understanding of mobile development (iOS and/or Android) and ability to debug integrations in those environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent in French and English ; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
Self-driven, curious, and proactive — able to learn independently, manage priorities, and take ownership without constant oversight.
Strong understanding of SAAS solution RFP, implementation and ongoing management.
