Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring visual merchandising and “door to floor” standards are consistently executed.
  • Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee onboarding and continuous training to ensure all team members meet Nike’s service and operational standards.
  • Use business insights and commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions using Nike’s “Performance Excellence” framework.
  • Manage stock operations, including deliveries, audits, and cycle counts, in line with Nike HQ policies.
  • Act as the key liaison between the store, Nike HQ, and department store partners, sharing updates on promotions, operations, and policy changes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of management experience in a concession or high-volume retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in retail operations, sales, planning, and customer service.
  • Energetic presence on the shop floor with a passion for sport and the Nike brand.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
