We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Engineering Engineer to join our team in Biñan, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software functionality and performance
• Design and implement automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of test environments and tools
• Support the implementation of CI/CD practices to streamline the testing and deployment processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
