As an Enterprise Corporate Sales Leader you will play an integral part of our strategy in establishing and expanding our footprint in the world’s largest global accounts. This role is a coaching and developing role where the leader will focus on transactional growth and developing sales talent.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, encourage, and lead a high-performing Tableau ECS sales organisation. Hire, Coach, mentor and develop top talent while encouraging a culture of execution and accountability.

  • Define and implement a clear and compelling vision to exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategy, handle quotas, and identify new growth opportunities across the region.

  • Coaching your team through technical discovery sessions, positioning value props, sales methodologies and understanding a client’s business challenges and showcasing how Tableau's capabilities can deliver impact at scale

  • Establish meticulous operation cadence within your team driving forecast accuracy with a keen view on deal progression, sales stage verification, and pipeline coverage.

  • Consistently closing transactional sales-cycles within large enterprise accounts. Working effectively within a highly matrixed organisation

  • Identify new opportunities within our core customers, expand existing footprint within our accounts, and explore new business channels, partnerships, and routes to market.

  • Implement standard processes for forecasting, deal progression, and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.


Who you are...

  • Track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals. (Top 10-20% of company in previous roles)

  • Proven track record of management experience in volume based transactional business

  • Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred

  • Track record of hiring, coaching and developing sales talent

  • Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution.

  • Strong operational and analytical abilities.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce’s applications and value proposition

  • Achieve year-on-year growth expectations for Tableau within the ECS Business

  • Position Tableau as the key platform for advanced analytics, delivering ground-breaking results for our clients

  • Build, and champion first class Sales organisation attracting top talent within the industry

  • Grow our customer revenues, break into new core customers, ensure high retention and expansion of Tableau within ENTR accounts, delivering outstanding customer success!
