Provide wing to wing leadership for the creation, development and commercial activation of customer facing service offerings related to Ultrasound products and digital solutions to increase GE Healthcare service & franchise contract capture rate/market share, and enable accelerated growth, customer segment or commercial channel. Focused on Offering Price, Share and Mix within the Ultrasound portfolio.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on the equipment side to bring creative franchise solutions to the market that provide GEHC Ultrasound business with a competitive edge
Deep commercial acumen to understand market and specific customer needs to create tailored solutions for large fleet deals
Excellent problem solving skills are required to understand complex commercial messages and translate them into actions that will result in franchise growth.
Demonstrates agile thinking and collaborates effectively with various stakeholders to overcome obstacles and accelerate time-to-market
Manage the investment plan for Ultrasound Service Portfolio for USCAN Service and participate in LTS strategy planning and Budget processes with the USCAN Equipment and Global Service teams. Drive investment decisions on what will be features in offerings vs. new stand - alone offerings. Determine which offerings need dedicated Sales resources vs. which will use attachment selling and existing sales team.
Drive effective roadmaps and commercial activation strategies to maximize resource utilization and growth outcome by identifying region best practices, integrating various customer facing service products and offerings in region, working with region commercial/operation leaders, driving data visibility, digital platform/tool scalability, digital ecosystem level 1-4 support sustainability and process standardization. Understand the Ultrasound Service sales channel strategy and work with enterprise sales teams.
Communicate complex messages and negotiates with internal stakeholders across functions to adopt a different point of view. Influence and negotiate with peers, product teams, support functions as well as field commercial and delivery teams
Interpret internal and external business challenges & clearly communicate complex commercial messages and get key stakeholder buy in
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
8+ years’ experience in marketing, product management or related field
Experience in a customer facing role (Service, Sales or Applications)
Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Desired Characteristics
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 10+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field Experience leading and developing teams Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding Healthcare product/industry acumen Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas Established project management skills.
