What will your job look like?
- Manage, Lead, plan, and execute validation projects within the Reliability Lab, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Oversee the design and execution of test plans, protocols, and procedures for product and system validation
- Manage a team of validation engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation of test processes, results, and any deviations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or a related discipline). Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in project management, especially in a lab or testing environment
- Strong knowledge of validation and reliability testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and resources
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements- an advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
