Manage content for Honeywell websites. Work closely with creative, integrated and customer marketing teams to manage new and existing content, publishing content that meets business objectives.
Work across AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Content Management System for implementing, editing, and proofing website content.
Manage digital assets through Adobe DAM (Digital Asset Manager) and working in close connection with the Product Information Management Team (PIM).
Carry out regular quality assurance checks of website content and functionality.
Work with experienced design specialists to ensure a high level of website user experience and consistency.
Support search engine optimization by implementing recommendations on page visibility.
Analyse and report website usage by accessing analytics to drive UX/UI improvements.
Use tools like Silktide / Glassbox / Satmetrix to create insight that would generate an increase in the CSAT/NPS scoring of the website.
Manage multiple projects in a global environment.
Key skills and qualifications
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in using CMS platforms (AEM) and web analytics tools; PIM, eDam experience is an advantage.
Min 3 year of experience in website content management, SEO, and UX.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques.
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
