Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
Experience in managing and overseeing operations related to risk management, ensuring adherence to defined processes, accuracy, and timelines.
Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; driving change management, preparing users and increasing adoption for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other Finance transformation projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA.
Experience in governance, audit or compliance.
Strong analytical skills and experience establishing structure and operationalizing solutions at scale in complex environments.
Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), accounting processes and terminology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
Effective data analysis, risk assessment, and problem solving skills.
