Key job responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in last-mile logistics, producing solid analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Develop queries and visualizations for both ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting needs

- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using SQL, Python or scripting language, ETL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience conducting deep dive analyses of business problems; identifying root cause of business trends, formulating conclusions and recommendations.
