Role Overview/What will you do:
Stakeholders : Market Controllers, Valuation Control, FO technology and FO Markets
- Creating BRDs for programs / initiatives which are mandatory and strategic for Finance Market Controllers
- Senior stakeholder management to govern the Finance application changes for firm wide initiatives involving Consent Order and regulatory needs.
- Manage expectations of various stakeholder groups and help negotiate solutions to complex problems.
- Understanding Business priorities and working as a liaison between business and technology teams.
Key Skills and Experience required:
- Extensive experience in the Capital Markets domain and risk management as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Candidate should be able manage senior stakeholders to govern the Finance application changes for firm wide initiatives involving Consent Order and regulatory needs.
- Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with key stakeholders and Senior Management with the ability to manage senior stakeholders across Finance (Markets Controllers), Front Office and technology teams.
- Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs.
- Practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery.
- Flexibility to work with a global team, across geographies and time zones.
Any Beneficial / Nice to have skills and experience:
- Experience working on Product Control or Valuation Control preferred.
- Cross asset classes experience (FX, Rates, Equities, Commodities, etc) will be highly beneficial.

- Ability to take ownership and proactively follow up on issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to agreed and often challenging deadlines.
