Job Description:

• Use MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Automate, Visio, Power BI) to provide quality and standard service to customers.

• Moderate and sustain the business process and system of the technical training department.

• Learn, hands-on, and apply planning, coordinating, and executing equipment training program.

• Engage and practice with data science - data fluency to maintain Training Effectiveness.

• Explore a high level of project-program management in the complexity of business situations.

• Establish personal workflow - initiate the process to work within Training and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

You should be a 3rd or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relation, Literature Studies, IndustrialEngineering/IndustrialManagement, and/or other related majors. Your expected graduation date (including the date on a provisional graduation certificate) should be after December 2025.

Additional qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with statistical data analysis techniques.

• Able to work onsite for 3-4 days per week and enroll in a six-month internship program.

• Ownership mindset, detail-oriented, due-diligent, good communication skills.
