As consultant surveyor at Jacobs you will have the ability to undertake field work tasks, manage large survey and utility datasets, support and foster team development, actively mentor our graduates, and most importantly operate as a consultant interacting directly with internal and external clients to grow our business and deliver projects. This role required detailed knowledge of the survey discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines in order to deliver the technical components of survey projects. You will use industry best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or service to solve complex problems. You may lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. You will be able to work independently, receive minimal guidance and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. You will begin to build client.

We’re looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree.
- Good experience in Land Surveying both field and office related tasks and an interest in major infrastructure projects.
- Effective communication skills with the interest to develop client relationships.
- Works successfully as part of a team and can work autonomously.
- Capability to lead smaller projects or support project steps, taking accountability for ongoing activities.
