Description
The UIKit framework provides a wide range of functionality and is used in every single iPhone and iPad application. It encompasses touch and event handling, animations, views, windows, controls, and higher level components such as UITableView and UICollectionView. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the HI design team on new UI concepts and adding features to existing components that complement the future iterations of iPad and iPhone hardware. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with many application developers inside Apple to define the next set of UIKit features and corresponding APIs.
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
Additional Requirements
  • - Understanding of optimization and performance issues across OS software layers
  • - Some experience with SwiftUI
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
