Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on a range of topics such as performance management, reorganizations, talent management, change, etc.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders both national and international.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support Googlers in Poland.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
Experience working with an AI system or AI supported tools.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence, and coaching and mentoring others.
Understanding of HR processes, and ability to translate processes and HR expertise into strategic business solutions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
Excellent communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
